About us

Trinity Fitness started in a garage in 2008 when one person said, “I’m ready for a change! Can you help me?” That person was Wendy Palmisano and the person she asked was her husband, Jason. And so the journey began.

 

Their garage quickly filled with people desiring positive change and Trinity Fitness was born; A gym that inspires people through group fitness to get in the best spiritual and physical shape of their lives.

Trinity Fitness has since expanded to multiple commercial locations and has become a gym that helps people embrace positive change for their lives. From the Division I athlete to the Biggest Loser contestant there is a place for you at Trinity Fitness.

 

Trinity Fitness is a 501c(3) non profit organization made possible through charitable giving.

Welcome to Trinity Fitness Colorado Springs. Our unique gym is positive, encouraging, and life changing. Whether you have been working out for years or haven’t worked out in years, Trinity Fitness will be a catalyst for positive change in your life! At Trinity Fitness Colorado Springs, we use group fitness and metabolic conditioning workouts to help get you into the best shape of your life. Our goal during these sessions is high intensity, short duration workouts that will help jumpstart your metabolism and help you burn more fat! What does that mean for you? Family:
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Arianna, since June 2008. We have four kids, Acacia (9), Ava (7), Josiah (5), and Alaina (2).

What do you love most about being a TF trainer?
I love waiting to see which warriors will walk through the doors! And I love the opportunity to have people leave my class encouraged in their fitness journey and in their desire to spend time daily with Jesus!

Favorite Bible verse:
Probably Philippians 3:8 “Yet indeed I count all things lost for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for who I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ…”

Hobbies:
Reading, movies, volleyball, or any outdoor activity where I can chase an object.

Education:
Associates in theology from Calvary Chapel Bible College

Sports Performance Coach Certification from USAW

Athletic background:
Volley Ball in High School

Weightlifting from when I was very young

Trinity Fitness was my first introduction to functional fitness and metabolic conditioning. Now it is the only way I train.

Interesting fact: 
My wife and I discussed what we would name our children on our very first walk together. We both had the same boy name picked out.

Favorite lift/exercise:
I like many of them. I love gymnastic exercises (pull ups, dips, t2b)! But Olympic lifts are growing on me as well.
