Jason Krause co-founded Trinity Fitness Colorado Springs (TFCOS) in 2015 alongside Tim Parchinski and his brother, Andrew Krause. Initially motivated by a desire to lead devotions and minister to people spiritually, Jason quickly developed a passion for functional fitness. Since March 2016, he has served as the Facility Director of TFCOS, blending his love for fitness with his commitment to faith and community. Jason lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, Arianna, and their four children: Acacia, Ava, Josiah, and Alaina.
