Event 0.5 - “Gobble Gains”

*To be performed at TFCOS the week of the event, prior to event day. Monday-Thursday.

A TF Trainer must be present. Special Powerlifting Open gyms will be scheduled during this week.

  • 1 Deadlift For Max LOAD

*The SCORE for this event is TOTAL WEIGHT lifted by both partner together for each of the 3 lifts.

Event 1 - “Mashed Potato Madness”

*Partner YGIG - All below reps are split between partners. Only one partner works at a time. Partners may swap as often as they would like to get through this chipper.
