Event 3.0 - “Feast or Famine”

*This is a partner battle with 3x3 minute Rounds. Each 3 minute round begins with 20 partner synchro DB snatches (partners must have both heads of the DB touching the ground at the same time, and then have the DB overhead with knees, hips and elbows locked out at the same time for the rep to count). Once the 20 synchro snatches are complete, the rest of the time remaining in the 3 minutes is an AMRAP. Partner B must be actively performing the isometric hold for Partner A to accumulate reps.
